The focus of Tribe Shift is to help every member according to the 6 Dimensions Of Wellness covered in "The Connection Code":
 
1) Physical: Maintain a healthy body through regular exercise, 
proper nutrition, sleeping well and avoiding harmful habits.  
 
2) Emotional: Get in touch with your emotional presence and be comfortable with your own thoughts and feelings.
 
3) Intellectual: Engage and connect with others through continued learning, problem solving, processing and creativity.

Spiritual: Have a sense that life is meaningful and purposeful.  

 
5) Vocational: Do what you love, love what you do and follow your purpose.  
 
6) Social: Relate, interact and communicate, interacting and communicate well with others.
